We finally found out today what Drue will be teaching in this next school year: He has been assigned to teach Composition Lessons and Music Theory! He's so happy about this! We were worried that he would be assigned to teach ear training- blech.... Ear training is important for any musician, but its the kind of thing that is really boring- and you either get it or you don't get it.

Drue was terrified he would be an ear-training teacher:)

But no!

I am really happy about this because it gives him some important points to add to his resume, gives him the experience he'll need to be a good teacher, and gives him an ego-boost because he's good at both of these classes.

So, there you go!

Drue is officially teaching Composition Lessons and Music Theory.

Yay for us!

Now, if I could only get my house packed up, loaded, and cleaned....
